well-informed and to strengthen the Rancho Yolo community.


Rancho Yolo is a senior community in Davis, CA, for residents who are 55 years of age or older. There are 267 homes and about 360 people. Residents own their own homes but pay rent for their land. Common areas are maintained by park management, while residents are responsible for maintaining their own spaces. Because there are no homeowner dues, all events are organized by the residents.
An active Rancho Yolo Community Association communicates with residents through a newsletter, website, and email lists, as well as sponsoring social events like concerts, workshops, game clubs, a book club, and other activities. We are known for our kindness, generosity, and good humor toward each other.
In 2014 we celebrated 25 years as a senior community.
